Overseas Import Taxes
Creative Current is not liable for any import taxes that may apply to the delivery of your order.

Missing Parcels
If your item should not arrive at its destination within the estimated delivery time please email us so we can place an enquiry with the postal service. This process requires a response from you to enable us to replace your tees. Please be aware it can take up to one month for the Post Office to make contact with you and then back with us. To help ensure a minimum of loss, please double check your address when you place your order with us! NB; Please read our Terms and Conditions, and ensure you check your address details thoroughly before confirming your order. Missing parcels can take up to 2 months to process through NZ Post systems. Larger parcels may not fit in your letterbox so it is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.

Return Policy
In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us, only written claims (incl. email) will be accepted and must be made within 30 days of receiving goods.

Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a replacement of stock will be issued. Shipping to Creative Current Ltd of the faulty/defective product will be paid for by the customer & covered by Creative Current Ltd once the item is replaced or returned.

No refunds. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced. Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 30 days of sale and the items will be replaced. Whilst all care is taken, we cannot be responsible for items that are damaged in the post.

Payment Information
Direct Bank Transfer

Direct bank deposits are the easiest way to pay us for NZ residents. The process is fast, safe and simple. After your order has been made we will get back to you with an invoice, bank details and instructions. Once the deposit has cleared your item will be posted out the next business day.

Credit Card Payments
You can pay for your items using the secure Paypal system. You don't have to be a member! Simply proceed through the checkout as normal, when you get to the last step you'll choose to pay by "Paypal" where you'll be directed to the paypal site. Your totals and other information will be there and you just follow the simple directions to complete your order. PayPal keeps everything confidential and safe and we will never have access to your account details.
